Mrs. Swapna Sarita Swain is continuing as Asst. Professor in the Department of Planning, OUTR.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from CET, Bhubaneswar and Masters of Planning with specialization in Housing (Gold Medalist) from SPA, New Delhi. With a dynamic experience of 14 years in both academics and industry, she has also published articles in national and international peer reviewed journals. Currently, she is pursuing Ph.D. at the Odisha University of Technology and Research, Bhubaneswar.
