About

Mr. Jagannath Sethi is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electronic Sciences at Odisha University of Technology and Research, Bhubaneswar, India. His office room number (C-108) is located on the ground floor of C block in the OUTR campus. Before joining OUTR University, he worked as an Assistant Professor at ITER in Bhubaneswar. He is an active member of the academic community, having served as a referee for several prestigious scientific conferences and journals, including Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology(TCSVT), Pattern Recognition Letters (PRL), IEEE Internet of Things (IOT), Information Sciences, CVIP, and ICMC. He received his M.Tech degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology in 2008. He completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar in 2006.

Research Interest

Chaotic Maps, Image and Video Compression, Joint video compression and Encryption, and Surveillance Applications.
